What Is All-on-4?

All-on-4 means a full jaw of fixed teeth on just 4 implants — invented by Nobel Biocare. Two go straight at the front, two go tilted at the back. A fixed bridge screws onto them.

You get temporary fixed teeth within 72 hours. Final permanent teeth come after 3–4 months (lower jaw) or 4–6 months (upper jaw) once the implants bond with bone.

  • No palate plate — full taste, natural feel
  • No adhesive, no slipping, no removable plates
  • Stops further bone loss — unlike dentures
  • Works even with moderate bone loss in most cases
  • Extractions and implants done in the same surgery sitting

All-on-4 implants in Gurgaon — fixed teeth on 4 implants at Center for Dental Implants & Esthetics

Who Is All-on-4 For?

Lost most or all teeth and want a permanent fixed replacement — not removable dentures.
Wearing loose dentures that slip, hurt the gums, or limit what you can eat.
Failing or infected teeth that need removal — extractions and implants done in one sitting.
Bone loss — tilted implants work around it without a major bone graft in most cases.

A 2022 study in Clinical Implant Dentistry and Related Research reported All-on-4 survival above 94% at 10 years with proper CBCT planning. Eligibility confirmed only after a CBCT scan.

All-on-4 Dental Implants Cost in India (2026)

Full mouth dental implants cost in India starts from ₹3,40,000 for both jaws — covering teeth in a day, permanent teeth replacement, and everything until your final fixed teeth are delivered. Most patients at our Gurgaon clinic fall between ₹3,40,000 and ₹5,65,000 for both jaws. Which end you land on depends on your bone condition and health — not a decision you need to make today.

9 out of 10 patients we treat fall in this range. Very few go above it.

Option Both Jaws Single Jaw Best For
Standard implants ₹3,40,000 ₹1,95,000 Good bone, no major medical conditions
Korean implants ₹4,40,000 ₹2,40,000 Controlled diabetes, BP — most popular choice
Nobel Biocare Active ₹5,65,000 ₹2,95,000 Soft bone, diabetics, smokers, complex cases
You do not need to choose the implant brand yourself. After your CBCT scan, we recommend the safest option based on your bone and health. That is it.
Why lower price elsewhere is a red flag
  • No CBCT scan — implants placed by guesswork, not 3D bone mapping
  • General dentist, not a trained Prosthodontist or Implantologist
  • Non-FDA-approved or unbranded implant systems with no long-term data
  • Implants placed too close to a nerve or sinus — failure seen within 6–18 months

All-on-4 Cost at Our Gurgaon Clinic (2026)

Two options cover 95% of our patients. We will tell you which one is right for your case after CBCT — you do not need to decide now.

Standard
₹3,40,000
Both jaws · Israeli implants
  • 8 implants, surgery, temporary teeth
  • Final acrylic teeth after healing
  • All follow-up visits
  • Good bone, no major health issues

Single jaw from ₹1,95,000

Every package includes: 8 implants · Surgery · IOPA x-rays · Temporary teeth · Final acrylic prosthesis · All follow-ups
CBCT scan is at partner centre nearby (mandatory, billed separately). Extractions, bone graft, and zirconia upgrade are extra only if your case needs them — assessed after CBCT, disclosed before you agree to anything.
Lower prices may mean compromises in planning, implant quality, or long-term stability — all of which affect outcomes years later.

  • Zirconia teeth upgrade: ₹1,00,000 per jaw (stronger, longer-lasting than standard acrylic)
  • All-on-6 vs All-on-4: 2 extra implants per jaw at brand cost above — decided after CBCT, not before

Full payment is taken upfront to lock your price. EMI available via Bajaj, IDFC, and zero-cost on select credit cards (3–18 months).

Think of it this way: ₹3,40,000 over 10 years = ₹93 per day — less than your daily tea and snacks. For a full set of fixed teeth that lasts a lifetime. EMI available via Bajaj, IDFC, and zero-cost on select cards (3–18 months).

Why Does All-on-4 Cost Vary So Much?

Two clinics both quote “All-on-4” — one says ₹2 lakh, another says ₹5 lakh. Here is what actually changes the number.

01

Implant Brand

Nobel Biocare and Straumann cost more than Korean or Israeli brands. For diabetics, soft bone, or smokers — the premium brand gives a meaningfully better outcome. For healthy bone, a standard brand works fine.

02

Doctor Qualification

A Prosthodontist (MDS specialist) charges more than a general dentist placing implants. In full mouth cases, the difference in surgical precision and prosthetic design directly affects how your teeth feel and last.

03

Your Bone Condition

Good bone = straightforward surgery. Bone loss may need a graft or sinus lift. This can only be assessed after a CBCT scan — not by looking in your mouth. We never add procedures you do not need.

04

Final Teeth Material

Acrylic is standard and works well for most patients. Zirconia is stronger, more aesthetic, and lasts longer — ₹1,00,000 per jaw extra. Your Prosthodontist will tell you which suits your case and bite.

Three clinics said they could do All-on-4 without a graft. Dr. Jyoti’s CBCT showed I needed a small bone augmentation first. I had been using dentures for 8 years and the bone had shrunk. That one decision saved my implants.

— Ramesh K., 58, Sector 56 Gurgaon · All-on-6, Lower Jaw
Why skipping CBCT is a red flag: Implants placed without 3D bone mapping risk nerve contact, sinus perforation, or early failure within 6–18 months. Lower price may mean compromises in planning, implant quality, or long-term stability. See our full CBCT protocol →

All-on-4 vs Your Other Options

Three paths exist when you have lost most or all teeth. Here is the honest difference.

Factor Full Dentures Snap-on Dentures All-on-4 Fixed
Cost (both jaws) ₹15,000–₹50,000 ₹1,20,000–₹2,00,000 ₹3,40,000–₹5,65,000
Stability Loose — slips, clicks Snaps on, removable at night Fixed 24/7 — like natural teeth
Bone loss Continues — face shrinks over time Slowed but not stopped Stopped — bone preserved
Palate (upper jaw) Covered — affects taste Covered Open — full taste restored
15-year true cost ₹80,000–₹1,50,000+ (repairs, relines) ₹2,00,000–₹3,00,000 ₹3,40,000 + one prosthesis change

Budget matters. If All-on-4 is not feasible right now, snap-on dentures on 2–4 implants are a better long-term investment than full dentures. See Denture on Implant →

Am I Eligible for All-on-4? Your Biggest Questions Answered

Most patients who come for consultation have one big fear — “will I qualify?” Here are the honest answers to the questions I hear every week in clinic.

I have bone loss in my jaw. Can I still get All-on-4?
  • Yes, in most cases bone loss does not stop you. It just changes the approach.
  • Mild to moderate bone loss: tilted implants or slightly longer implants handle it well.
  • Severe bone loss: a bone graft or sinus lift is done first — adds 3–4 months healing before implants.
  • In some extreme cases, zygomatic implants (placed into the cheekbone) are used — no graft needed.
  • We do NOT use basal implants as a shortcut for bone loss. That approach compromises long-term stability.
  • A CBCT scan tells us exactly what you have. We never guess based on looking in your mouth.
I am diabetic. Is All-on-4 safe for me?
  • Yes — controlled diabetes is NOT a barrier to getting implants.
  • HbA1c below 7.5 is the general safe benchmark for implant surgery.
  • We do a mandatory blood test before every surgery. If sugar is elevated, we delay until it is controlled.
  • Nobel Biocare implants with their advanced surface technology show particularly good results in diabetic patients.
  • According to a 2021 review in Clinical Oral Implants Research, implant survival in well-controlled diabetic patients is comparable to non-diabetic patients.
  • We coordinate with your physician if needed. Safety first, always.
Am I too old for All-on-4? I am 65 / 70 / 75.
  • There is no upper age limit for dental implants.
  • I have successfully treated patients in their 70s and 80s at Center for Dental Implants & Esthetics.
  • What matters is your overall health — not your age on paper.
  • Blood thinners, osteoporosis medication, and heart conditions are evaluated carefully — not automatically disqualifying.
  • A CBCT scan + blood tests give us the complete picture. We never say no without looking at your data.
  • Older patients often benefit the most — they have been suffering with loose dentures the longest.
My teeth have been missing for 8–10 years. Is it too late?
  • Not too late — but long-term missing teeth do cause bone resorption (bone shrinks over time).
  • The longer you wait, the less bone is available. This can increase cost (bone graft) and complexity.
  • This is exactly the reason we do CBCT before every case. We assess exactly how much bone remains.
  • Even with 10+ years of bone loss, zygomatic implants or bone grafting can restore implant eligibility.
  • The best time to get implants was right after losing teeth. The second best time is now.
All-on-4 vs dentures — which is actually better for me?
  • Dentures are cheaper upfront. But over 15–20 years, they often cost more — relines, repairs, and replacements add up.
  • Dentures rest on gums — bone loss continues underneath, making them looser over time.
  • All-on-4 implants go into bone — they stop further bone loss and stimulate it like natural teeth roots.
  • Dentures cover your palate (upper jaw) — All-on-4 does not. Taste and comfort are dramatically better.
  • You can eat almost anything with All-on-4. With dentures, hard and sticky foods stay off limits.
  • If budget is a real constraint, implant-supported snap-on dentures are a worthy middle ground. See Denture on Implant →

  • US FDA-approved implant systems only. Strict CBCT protocol for every case
We do NOT place any implant without a CBCT 3D scan. This is our non-negotiable protocol — not an add-on. It is what separates a successful implant from a guess.

“The single biggest factor in implant success is planning — not the brand. I see patients every week who had implants fail elsewhere because CBCT was skipped to save ₹3,000. That saving cost them the implant.”

— Dr. Jyoti Singh, MDS · Center for Dental Implants & Esthetics, Gurgaon

How Long Does the Treatment Take?

The most common question. Here is the honest answer in four steps.

Day 1

Consultation + CBCT

Clinical exam, 3D bone scan at partner centre. Written plan with exact cost given before you decide anything.

Day 3–5

Surgery + Temp Teeth

Implants placed under local anaesthesia. Temporary fixed teeth within 72 hours for most cases (14 days for some).

Month 3–6

Healing Check

CBCT confirms bone integration. Lower jaw: 3–4 months. Upper jaw: 4–6 months. Once confirmed, final teeth are made.

Final Step

Permanent Teeth

CAD/CAM acrylic or zirconia teeth fitted. Designed to last 10–15 years. Full detail at Gurgaon page →

Most patients delay 2–5 years before coming. Every year of delay means more bone loss, more complex surgery, and potentially higher cost.

All-on-4 Cost Across India — City Comparison

Cost varies significantly across cities in India — mostly because of real estate, clinic overheads, and specialist density. Here is an approximate range for reference.

City All-on-4 Cost Range (Both Jaws) Key Variable
Mumbai₹4,50,000 – ₹9,00,000High real estate drives clinic overheads up
Bangalore₹4,00,000 – ₹8,00,000Strong specialist density, pricing varies widely
Hyderabad₹3,80,000 – ₹7,50,000Competitive market, several quality clinics
Delhi₹3,50,000 – ₹8,00,000Range depends heavily on area and specialist
Gurgaon (Our Clinic) ₹3,40,000 – ₹7,15,000 Prosthodontist-led · CBCT mandatory · Transparent pricing

Across all cities, what matters most is the same: specialist qualification, CBCT planning protocol, and implant brand quality. Cost alone is not a reliable indicator of outcome.

Frequently Asked Questions — All-on-4 Cost India

Real questions from patients across Delhi NCR and India.

What is the cost of All-on-4 implants in India in 2026?
  • Full mouth All-on-4 (both jaws) at Center for Dental Implants & Esthetics, Gurgaon: Israeli ₹3,40,000 · Korean ₹4,40,000 · Nobel Biocare Active ₹5,65,000 · up to ₹7,15,000 for Straumann BLX.
  • Single jaw prices start from ₹1,95,000 (Israeli) to ₹3,80,000 (Straumann BLX).
  • Price includes 8 implants (both jaws), surgery, all IOPA x-rays, temporary teeth, and final acrylic prosthesis.
  • CBCT scan, extractions, bone graft, and zirconia upgrade are extra if required — confirmed only after your scan.
  • Source: CDIE clinic pricing, updated March 2026.
What is the difference between All-on-4, All-on-5, and All-on-6?
  • The number (4, 5, 6) refers to the number of implants supporting the full arch.
  • All-on-4 is standard for patients with adequate bone at the front of the jaw.
  • All-on-5 or All-on-6 adds one or two extra implants for patients with weaker bone or who need more load distribution.
  • More implants = more cost, but also more stability and load sharing.
  • The decision is made after CBCT scan analysis, not before. We do not pre-decide which one you need.
Is the All-on-4 procedure painful? What is recovery like?
  • Surgery is done under local anesthesia. You feel pressure, not pain, during the procedure.
  • After surgery: mild soreness and swelling for 3–5 days, managed with prescribed painkillers.
  • Most patients return to desk work within 3–4 days.
  • Temporary fixed teeth within 72 hours (or 14 days in some cases) — you can smile and eat soft foods right away.
  • Avoid hard foods for the first 3–6 months while implants integrate with bone.
  • Final fixed teeth: lower jaw after 3–4 months, upper jaw after 4–6 months, confirmed by CBCT scan.
How long do All-on-4 implants last in India?
  • The implants themselves (titanium posts in bone) are designed to last a lifetime with proper care.
  • The acrylic teeth on top may need refurbishment or replacement in 10–15 years due to normal wear.
  • Zirconia teeth last longer than acrylic — worth considering if budget allows.
  • Regular check-ups every 6 months and proper cleaning with a water flosser extend the life of your prosthesis.
  • A 2019 systematic review in the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Implants reported 10-year implant survival rates of 94.0% for All-on-4 cases.
What is the difference between Nobel Biocare and Israeli implants for All-on-4?
  • Nobel Biocare invented the All-on-4 system. Their Active implant has the most published long-term data globally.
  • Nobel Biocare has a micro-textured surface (TiUnite) that speeds up bone integration — important in difficult bone and diabetic cases.
  • Israeli implants (Adin) are reliable, FDA-approved, and cost-effective. They have been used successfully in India since the early 2000s.
  • For standard cases with good bone and good health: Adin works well and costs less.
  • For diabetics, smokers, bone-loss cases, or patients wanting maximum long-term data: Nobel Biocare is the better choice.
  • We place both. Your CBCT and health profile decide which one we recommend for your jaw.
Can I get EMI or finance for All-on-4 in India?
  • Yes. EMI is available via Bajaj Finance, IDFC, and other NBFC partners — minimal documentation required.
  • Zero-cost EMI on select major credit cards is also available.
  • Tenure options run from 3 to 18 months depending on the finance partner.
  • Full payment is taken upfront. This locks your package price. Implant and material costs change with international rates every few months. Since most patients return for final teeth 4–7 months later, upfront payment protects you from any price increase in that window.
  • Ask our front desk at consultation for current EMI eligibility and offers.
Is it safe to get All-on-4 at a dental clinic in Gurgaon vs a hospital?
  • Yes. All-on-4 is routinely and safely done in specialized dental clinics — it does not require a hospital setting.
  • What matters is: specialist doctor (MDS Prosthodontist / Implantologist), proper sterilization, CBCT facility, and US FDA-approved implants.
  • Hospital chain prices are often higher due to overheads — the clinical quality may not differ from a specialist clinic.
  • Center for Dental Implants & Esthetics uses covered operatories, infection-control trained staff, and an in-house CBCT unit.
  • We have treated patients from Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, and across India who specifically chose us over hospital chains.
Do I need to remove all my remaining teeth before All-on-4?
  • If you have remaining teeth that are compromised (infected, mobile, or beyond saving), they are removed in the same surgery sitting as implant placement.
  • This is one of the key advantages of All-on-4 — extractions and implant surgery happen in one sitting. No multiple surgeries.
  • If some remaining teeth are healthy and sound, they may be retained — we never extract a healthy tooth unnecessarily.
  • The decision is made during consultation after clinical exam and CBCT. We never remove teeth without a reason and your consent.
