How Your BPS Denture Is Made — Step by Step
The BPS process typically takes 4–6 appointments over 3–4 weeks. Each step builds on the last. Here is what to expect at our clinics in Gurgaon.
Consultation and Assessment
Dr. Jyoti examines your gum ridges, remaining teeth (if any), facial structure, and bone levels. We discuss your concerns — eating difficulties, appearance, previous denture experience. Blood tests may be advised if you have health conditions that could affect healing.
Primary and Final Impressions
We take two sets of impressions. The first is a rough impression to make a custom tray. The second — using the custom tray — captures the precise shape of your ridges and soft tissue. This level of accuracy is what makes BPS different from a one-appointment impression.
Jaw Relation and Facial Mapping
Using the BPS instruments — the Stratos articulator and face bow — we record exactly how your jaw moves, your bite force, and your facial proportions. This information is sent to the lab so the teeth are positioned correctly for your face, not a generic average.
Wax Try-In
Before the final denture is made, you try a wax model in your mouth. You can see how the teeth will look, check your bite, and give feedback. This is your chance to say — these teeth look too small, I want a broader smile. Changes are easy at this stage.

The wax model is sent to the certified BPS lab.
